About the Department
The Montgomery County Tax Claim Bureau accepts real estate tax liens for delinquent county, township/borough and school districts within the county.
All collections of delinquent real estate taxes filed with Montgomery County are now being collected by an outside source.
Xspand has been acting as an agent for Montgomery County since October 5, 2005 operating under the Pennsylvania Real Estate Tax Law, Act 542 of 1947 as amended through 1999-2000 legislative sessions.
In addition to collections, Xspand works as an agent for Montgomery County handling all real estate tax sales.
